Portside Horizon2.7.10 - App Store

The Portside Horizon Crew App is a simple and user-friendly tool that's connected to the main Horizon App, but made just for crew members. With this app, you get an easy way to see your schedule, get reminders about duties and flights, and note down details after each flight. It also has a calendar and a duty schedule. Horizon is an efficient resource for managing tasks related to flight operations.

Create New Flight On Existing Trip
- Add new flight legs to existing trips directly from the mobile app using a plus button in the flight leg header
- New flight form automatically defaults to the current aircraft's tail number
- Gated by existing Add Flightleg user role permissions

Crew Ordering
- Crew lists now follow the custom sort order configured in your web settings
- Appears on both Leg and Post Flight tabs in the configured sequence

Default Calendar View
- Calendar remembers your preferred view (List or Monthly) and automatically loads it on subsequent visits

Expense Total Entry
- Manually enter total cost for expenses with automatic unit cost calculation
- Bidirectional recalculation updates Unit Cost, Quantity, or Total based on your entries
- All calculated values rounded to two decimal places

Flight Log Attachments
- New attachments section in Post-Flight tab for viewing, uploading, and managing flight documentation
- Capture photos via camera or select files from your device (up to 30 MB)
- System automatically handles image resizing and thumbnail generation

Fuel Data Pre-Flight Save
- Save fuel data before flight takeoff without submitting the entire flight log
- Dedicated Save button in the Fuel section header of Post-Flight view
- Automatic local data refreshes keep mobile leg and flight-log drafts synchronized

Fuel Totals and Expense Creation
- Automatic cost calculation displays total fuel cost (uplift × price) as you enter data
- Streamlines transition from flight log data to fuel expense records with pre-calculated totals

Fuel Expense From Flight Log
- Create fuel expenses directly from the post-flight log with automatic data transfer
- App populates crew member, transaction date, and fuel vendor based on flight details
- Fuel quantity and unit price automatically transferred with instant total calculation

Name Labels On Crew Activities
- Activity cards now display crew member names in bold text below acknowledgment status

Show Crew Activity On Each Day
